Roop Durgapal, better known as Saanchi of Colors’ Balika Vadhu recently enjoyed her ‘short yet sweet’ holiday in Dubai. The actress actually had waited long to get this life-time opportunity, but when she got it, it came with a little bit of disappointment.

Nevertheless, talking about her enjoyable vacation, Roop told , “I had heard so much about Dubai from my friends, and had been waiting to visit the place for ages. So when I got the chance, I grabbed it with both hands. But in an anti-climax of sorts, I had to return to Mumbai in just two days. How I wish I had stayed there longer.”

Roop simply loved the sparkling clean city and its brilliant skyscrapers. Gushing with new-found energy, the girl said, “The entire city is so beautifully designed and maintained. Though I went there only for two days, I made sure I enjoyed all my time in sight-seeing. I visited almost all the landmarks, including Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the Emirates Mall. Also, I shopped like crazy, but in the bargain realized that most of the brands are available in India too. If I had more time on hand, I could have looked for stuffs that are not available in India.”

Roop, there will always be a second time, no worries!!
