Will she replace Mahek on the show

Colors’ most awaited show Kavach… Kaali Shaktiyon Se has already created a lot of buzz with its promising promo. It aired its first episode last night and looks like the show is only about to get better with the coming episodes.

There were reports doing the rounds in the media about one of the main lead actors quitting the show. Mahek Chahal, the lead antagonist of the show got injured and was heard of not being able to continue the show. However, the lady put all rumours to rest when she confirmed to India forums that despite of her injury, she will continue to shoot.

But of what we hear now, the makers are apparently not willing to take any chances and are looking out for other options for the character. Many actors have been approached to play the character and one of them is Pooja Bisht. Pooja was last seen in Spiltsvilla and was also in news recently for dating the Kasam actor Ssharad Malhotra.

We contacted Pooja Bisht, who confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I have been approached for Kavach but nothing is confirmed yet.”
