The pandemic of Coronovirus has got everyone quarantined. Everyone is spending quality time with their loved ones and the one thing the virus has taught us is how we all can live independently and manage our own things.
And one of the things which shook the internet was a video circulating where a police officer landing on George Floyd. Reports shout that it was homicide and he died of neck compression. It listed Mr Floyd’s cause of death as “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression”. Well, television actress Krystle Dsouza is very disturbed with the news and took to social media to share her pain and anger.
She posted a long message which read: I’ve been struggling these past few days to put the right words together to express all the pain and anger that i am feeling. Just when you think what else 2020 can throw at us you see the another brutal death of George Floyd on the internet and it just broke my heart and shook me up!! Most of us are privileged. And I say privileged because privilege is when you think something is not a problem because it’s not a problem ‘to you personally’.. but remember we are all one so in times like these it is our responsibly to stand up and speak up against racism. Be the change you wish to see. Our words can and will contribute towards a positive change. I personally would not feel right not speaking on this situation.
