MUMBAI: The day started on quite a stormy note. The city that is constantly on the move came to a standstill when heavy rains hit it. It hasn’t stopped pouring since last night. Apparently, rainfall has already crossed the 110-mm mark in some parts of the city. To make things worse, a bridge at Andheri Station has caved. Due to incessant rains, Gokhale Bridge, which connects the Andheri East and Andheri West stations, collapsed, leaving 5 injured.

While the Western Line has suffered badly, road traffic is has also been affected.

Nevertheless, our television actors have to report to their sets to churn out episodes of our favourite shows. Despite the waterlogged roads and non-moving traffic, they are ensuring that they reach their sets.
