It is Naira’s first festival post marriage after all.
Star Plus show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ will soon witness a fancy galore as Naira (Shivangi Joshi) is all set to celebrate her first festival post marriage – Gangaur. Gangaur is a festival celebrated by the people of Rajasthan, where the womenfolk worship Lord Gauri. It celebrates spring, harvest and marital fidelity, hence holds so much importance in Indian culture.
And, given it was Naira’s first in the Goenka family, the occasion was celebrated in all glory. While on one side we can’t get overthe grandeur, on the other, there’s Shivangi Joshi aka Naira looking her glamorous best.
Clad in a color contrasting lehenga – choli with traditional jewellery, Shivangi looked nothing short of a piece of art. A typical Rajasthani ‘bindani’ coupled with modern day fashion is what she looked in the gangaur celebrations.
The pearl hand harness, those golden kadascoupled with blue and yellow-golden bangles, and of course, the maang teekaall complete her look. Not to forget, the nath along with the antique earrings and necklace.
