The replacement saga strikes ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ too…
It seems the bug of replacement is really stingy and finds its victims time and again, when it comes to tellytown. Over the period, we have seen numerous actors being replaced by other actors for several reasons which is always a shocking piece of news to the fans who are attached to that particular person.
While it is a recurring phenomenon in the daily soaps, weekly and bi-weekly reality shows and talk shows don’t see this often. However, the TRP topper and most popular comedy show in India, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ seems to have got caught up in this web too.
The upcoming episode of the show will witness the characters of Dr. Mashoor Gulati (Sunil Grover), Bumper (Kiku Sharda) and Vidyapati (Sugandha Mishra) getting REPLACED…
WHAAT..??
Well, before you get all thoughtful about it, as much as it is true, we are talking about how the team ‘Rock On 2’ will be coming on the show enacting those characters.
That’s right. While Arjun Rampal became Bumper and Shraddha Kapoor became Vidyapati, Farhan Akhtar chose to enact the iconic role of Dr. Mashoor Gulati thus ‘replacing’ the original ones. Prachi Desai, who is a pivotal part of the ‘Rock On’ franchise also accompanied the team on the show.
However, the original characters did manage to come together and the episode was an absolute laughter riot. Set to air this weekend, the candid pictures only tell the story how rib-tickling the episode is gonna be.
