What is that one word that you count as your takya kalam?
Yaar, dost.
A habit of yours that your family or co-stars wish you change?
I’m obsessed with my cats. It’s just too much.
If we would be on the sets of Goodbye, what’s a thing that we would get to hear about you?
You would surely get to hear that I’m always taking Sahil’s case.
A character from reel life you feel would be quite boring to meet in real life?
Subodh from Dil Chahta Hai. I mean, he was supposed to be boring. I wouldn’t talk to him.
What is the first impression you had of Rashmika?
I used to think if that smile is real or plastered because she smiles so much it hurts my face. Her smile is so beautiful that I envy it.
What’s a song that’s always on your mind?
As of now, I’ll say, ‘Chan Pardesi’ and ‘Jaikal Mahakal’ from Goodbye because I’ve been hearing it so much.
A fan moment that you had?
The only fan moment I’ve had was when I saw Mr. Shahrukh Khan. I saw him from a distance and someone suggested that we meet him but I refused because I will meet him the day when I become someone who can have a chat with him and he would know about me. I don’t want to meet him as a fan. I want to become someone, I want to get on such a level where I can talk to him.
If you are put in a time machine, which film set would you want to visit and why?
One of my favourite films is ‘Luck By Chance’ and every character of that film is beautiful. I would love to go on that set.
What pops in your head when I say Goodbye?
Tears.
If you would have been a journalist, what is that one question you’d ask Pavail Gulati?
I’ll ask “Why are you so anxious all the time?”
A news or an article that either left you rolling on floor or better stunned?
So there was a journalist, who wrote a very beautiful article about me with all his research. I was stunned by the kind of research he had done. I was very happy with what he wrote. He was very nice.
