MUMBAI: Earlier, there were reports about TV actresses Madhurima Tuli and Hina Khan being contenders for the iconic antagonist Komolika in the reboot of Kasauti Zindagi Kay.
bestarticles has confirmed news that Hina Khan is indeed playing the character. This comes as a major shocker, since Hina has portrayed a doting daughter-in-law previously.
The actress started her career with Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The show made her a huge star in the television space. Later on, she went ahead to do reality series Khatron Ke Khiladi; however it was Hina’s stint in Bigg Boss 11 that made her the talk of the town!
Post the hiatus, the lady will be back in the fiction space.
A reliable source exclusively informs us that Khan has sealed the deal just today.
The makers have not finalized the male lead. However, if rumours are to be believed, Ssharad Malhotra is most likely to bag the character of Anurag Basu.
Erica Fernandes would be playing Prerna’s character.
