Popular television show Ishq Mein Marjawan fame actress Aalisha Panwar is presently in her hometown, Himachal Pradesh. She had been staying in Mumbai during the lockdown all alone by herself. The loneliness was certainly taking a toll on her initially but later, she resorted to doing her hobbies reading books, cooking, doing yoga and various other activities to keep her mind calm and stable.
Immediately as the lockdown was uplifted and with transportation on, Aalisha Panwar travelled to her native place in Himachal Pradesh. As per the regulated guidelines, any person travelling across any state or country, has to undergo a 14 days of self isolation process via govt isolation camps or through registered hotels. Aalisha, too, quarantined herself at the hotel first, and then at her home.
Posting on Instagram, the Ishq Mein Marjawan actress penned: “Finally completed 14 days of institutional and home quarantine.. well.., first week I was in a Hotel and then had COVID test and after the negative reports was sent for home quarantine for another week.., Really happy to see all the measures taken by Himachal Government to avoid the spread of this virus.. It explains why Himachal is still considered as Green Zone because of all these measures taken by Govt. #StaySafe (sic)”
Aalisha had recently shared how she managed to live by herself. “The most important thing that I have learnt during the lockdown is that I have a lot of patience. I am managing quite well. I have learnt cooking. You don’t have the habit of cooking everyday. When you are all alone, sometimes you do feel lonely. In the initial few days it was very hard to pull off. You are not used to staying alone inside at home for so long. As actors, we stay 12-13 hours on the sets. I was taking 8 hours of sleep the first 2-3 days. But then it became suffocating and hard to digest. I couldn’t bear it. I wanted to step out. I tried to shift focus to my hobbies. This has really helped me a lot. Now my hobbies have become a habit. I love reading novels, dancing and I also do yoga,” concluded the Meri Gudiya actress.
